Not much I'm afraid. The cold absorb is not that handy since there's several other items to use for cold absorb (black oak luna toasts this for cold absorb stacking) and this is limited to only druids for a helm. The lighting absorb can be done with several other items that are not druid specific as well, also taking less needly places than a helm spot.
Overall its a novelty helm in my opinion.
I've value it at Pul I suppose, just since it's not that common of an item.
