[EU - Ladder] Ohm rune for sorc's gear

I hadn't played since 1.09, so I don't know too much about items' values now. I hope that you guys can help :-).

I got an Ohm rune, which I'm going to trade for some gears for my blizzard (mf) sorc. Which mf gears/cold sorcs' gear can I get for the rune?

It says that an Ohm is 3 - 3.5 ist worth. Checked some trades in the game too. Ppl still want 3 ist for ohm.
