Despite perfect ias, the %ed is low and so is the damage.|||I wasn't sure which levels are used for duelling, as for its req-level it has quite decent values i think. But well ..|||Quote:

As far as I can tell, it would go for lv 4x when talking about dueling, and there's oath already at that level.|||Depends on what level, if its above 49, its crap

I think it would shine on a lvl 38 frenzy barb.
Btw this isnt low ed, this is quite high for the level iirc. Cruels is lvl 47~ i believe. Just keep that in mind|||Quote:
