[US EAST SCL] PC on 12% FHR Shadow skiller

Just rolled a +1 shadow disciplines / 12% FHR grand charm and was wondering what its worth.

EDIT: Also wondering if a Death Cleaver Berserker Axe (268% ed and 9 to life after each kill) is of any value.|||I'd say the gc is 1 to 3 HRs.

grand charm 16 mana and 14 mana (rlvl 9)

small charm 1-6 lightning damage (rlvl 9)

rare jewel: 7 max, 22 ar, 1 str, 9 mana (rlvl 13)

jewel: 14% ed (rlvl 9)
